EXERCISE – EXERCISE – EXERCISE -- A magnitude 7.6 earthquake has just struck Pakistan, India, and Afghanistan, on Sunday, November 15th, 2009, at 2050 local time, according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). The epicenter of the earthquake was located near Muzaffarabad, the capital of Pakistani-administered Kashmir, and approximately 60 miles north-northeast of Islamabad.
